With a strong background in designing and delivering in-person and virtual facilitation, eLearning modules and computer-based simulations, I ensure learning content aligns strategically with organizational goals and professional development priorities.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across a range of diverse industries, including software development, software sales training, pharmaceuticals, and defense.
Within the software and SaaS space, I’ve supported growth and customer service teams, helping them to excel through targeted training, and leadership & development initiatives.
Within pharmaceuticals, I have focused on ensuring product quality and adherence to proper practices for a variety of products, from over-the-counter nutritional supplements to sterile vaccines.
Within the defense sector, I held Top Secret clearance and trained civilian and former military personnel on the operation and troubleshooting of persistent surveillance software in overseas deployments—supporting their safety and effectiveness in high-risk environments.
